Questions we're often asked
How much notice do you need?
Two to three weeks for orders under 100 gifts, and four to six weeks for larger orders or anything custom-made. Rush orders are sometimes possible; ask us.
Is there a minimum order?
Corporate pricing, logo embossing and printed ribbon start at 10 gifts. For fewer, the Signature Edit and our engraving service work beautifully.
When should we book for Ramadan and Eid?
We open Ramadan bookings eight weeks before the first day and recommend confirming at least four weeks ahead. Delivery slots in the last ten days fill first.
How do invoicing and payment work?
You receive a quotation and a tax invoice in your company's name. We take a deposit to begin production and the balance before delivery, by bank transfer or card.
Can each gift go to a different address?
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet of names, phone numbers and addresses and we schedule each delivery, then confirm when every gift has arrived.
